Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical consulting engagements for requirements gathering, scope definition, and establishing effective working models for German customers.
• Strategically manage teams and projects from conceptualization through successful delivery.
• Facilitate and synchronize onsite/offshore product development activities efficiently.
• Drive stakeholder satisfaction across Germany and associated international markets.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline execution processes.
• Lead, coach, and mentor diverse teams to ensure high-quality outcomes in Quality Management.
• Develop and implement innovative frameworks that add value across project scopes.
• Foster team growth through structured career development initiatives while maintaining high morale and motivation.

Areas of Work:
• AI programs across Operational Quality, Customer Quality, Production, and Planning

Required Skills and Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in AI-led transformation programs and large-scale problem-solving initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Process Mining, data analytics, workflow automation, and visualization tools.
• Proven ability to apply AI in Quality and Production domains (e.g., defect detection, predictive maintenance).
• Experience working in international environments, especially with German stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with experience in business acquisition and solution delivery.
• Data-driven decision-making skills using metrics and KPIs for project steering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; German language proficiency is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and contribute impactful, creative solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and partnership management across multiple organizational levels.

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Agile, Six Sigma (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Experience in AI/GenAI transformation programs in automotive or manufacturing domains.
• Exposure to global delivery models and cross-cultural team management.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms and enterprise AI frameworks.
• Prior experience working with German clients or European markets.
