These are your tasks:
Perform reception duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
Receive and order post and courier deliveries
Coordinate internal company communication, managing the social intranet and Linkedin profile
Administer the parking system (Parking Share) and coordinate parking places allocations
Oversee general office management, including room bookings, office equipment maintenance, and household organization and inventory, coordinating maintenance or repairs when needed
Handle procurement tasks such as creating purchase orders, verify invoices, expense reporting and reimbursement processing
Assist in the planning and execution of town halls and other corporate events, such as onboarding, Job Fairs, charity actions
Plan and organize business travels

· Experience as an assistant/receptionist or in customer service area,
· Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
· English knowledge C1
· German knowledge would be an asset
· Appreciation, empathy and enthusiasm for working with people, diligence, even with a temporarily high workload
· Ability to work independently and responsibly, ability to understand and analyze processes quickly
· Communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility
