Job Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop methodology for full vehicle soiling simulations
• Plan the tests to validate the numerical models
• Interact with globally distributed technical teams.
• Responsible for quality as well as timelines for the assigned task
• Project planning & execution and results evaluation & delivery
• Ensure the fulfillment of all applicable guidelines, regulations and compliance measures
• Collaboration with Siemens and universities

A candidate should

• have a good understanding of fluid dynamics/aerodynamics, multiphase fundamentals
• be skilled in computational aerodynamics/fluid-dynamics (CFD using commercially available tools
• have excellent oral/written/graphic communication skills

Added advantage

• working experience in the area of both Lagrangian and Eulerian multiphase
• a good understanding of theoretical or experimental aerodynamics, and multiphase
• a good understanding of numerical optimization techniques

Preferred

• Skilled in Star-CCM+, Preon-Labs or other SPH techniques
• Scripting knowledge
• Basic understanding of automotive systems
• Basic German language skills
