Objective of job
- Develop & update the network strategy with a focus on main brand Mercedes-Benz
- Independently analyze the dealer network for an assigned region
- Prepare top management presentations to provide and prepare decision making
- Market and city Analysis incl. update of competitor network development footprint
- Key account for an assigned region as well as assigned Dealer Groups
- Utilize Power BI as a core analytics tool to monitor dealer network performance, outlet status, and operational KPIs.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support management reviews and operational decision-making.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g. internal systems, Excel files, operational databases) into Power BI models with clear logic and data integrity
- Prepare regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis for internal stakeholders, leveraging Power BI for automation and standardization.
Main tasks
1. Dealer network strategy
- Support the dealer network strategy by following up all relevant tasks such as data and investor analysis
- Prepare top management presentations to provide an overview about the progress of the network strategy as well as individual case discussions
- Key account for an assigned region to work closely on all Sales and Aftersales related network tasks
2. Network Strategy & Network Plan with special focus on an assigned region
- Develop & update the network strategy with a focus on MB
- Independently analyze the dealer network for an assigned region
- Market and city Analysis incl. update of competitor network development footprint
- Key account for an assigned region as well as assigned Dealer Groups
3. Guarantee smooth running of all systems, data & tools used for network planning
- Act as major contact for external suppliers and MB internal IT department with regards to systems, tool & database used for BMBS network planning (e.g. ArcGis software)
- Use Visualization tool to support network plan and decision making process
- Assist Senior Manager and Department manager on diverse network updates
- Co-create the network analysis methodology and framework in cooperation with the other team members
- Support the team and department lead in various tasks such as preparing the business travel deck etc.

Education
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance or related Discipline
- 5 years relevant working experience in aftersales/sales&marketing/sales channel development area
- Previous experience in retail industry or research industry would be an advantage

- Computer literate, fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral essential
- IT background, especially for handling geo-related software, such as ArcGis is a plus
- Project Management and excellent communication skills to successfully steer the projects and work together with diverse BUs, Regions and HQ in Germany
