Support the development and execution of retail and B2B marketing campaignsDesign and develop marketing materials (advertisements, brochures, flyers, videos based on HQ templates and CI guidelines) for all Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) /Mercedes-Benz Fleet Management (MBFM) brands using e.g. Adobe Creative Suites)Attend regular alignment with brand and business partner marketing department to ensure coordination of marketing calendar/activitiesSupport the communication and liaise with agencies, suppliers and relevant media owners.Identify and capitalize on opportunities to include MBFS/MBFM in business partners’ marketing effort.Ensure continuity and up to date content management of all existing Financial Services web assets (MBFS and MBFM)Manage and implement an “always-on” SEM strategy for online marketing;Support in the planning and execution of Customer Loyalty/ Retention campaignsWork with regional office to expand touchpoints of Customer Engagement Management (CEM)Establish process to regularly review feedback from Customers/ DealersDevelop action plans together with other relevant functions based on customer/ dealer feedbackSupport the Sales & marketing team with other projects and ad-hoc tasks
