· You will be responsible for shaping the future intraplant logistics processes for the new plant in Jawor on your own responsibility.
· With us, you will take responsibility for sub-projects such as the development of a material flow in different production areas/sequence processes/solutions for intralogistics as well as for diverse and exciting tasks with a major impact on future logistics structures and processes in Jawor.
· Together with the departments involved, you will ensure logistics processes that are cost-effective and as CO2-neutral as possible for all production plants in the new plant in Jawor.
· As a member of logistics team, you represent our interests and premises in the overall project in the planning, construction and ramp-up of the factory.
· In our team, you will also be responsible for the preparation of specifications and functional specifications for the tendering and awarding of operational logistics functions in certain areas and the subsequent implementation of your solutions according to the analyses.
· Completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable degree
· In-depth knowledge of logistics planning for all intraplant processes
· Ability to prepare complex issues in a structured and customer-oriented manner
· Good time management and self-organization
· Independence at tasks and active handling
· Comprehensive process knowledge within logistics
· Experience in different areas of logistics
· Good command of written and spoken English, Polish/German language is desirable
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office
· Experience with logistics planning tools or logistics systems
· High level of commitment, initiative, self-confident appearance, open-mindedness to change processes, teamwork and communication skills
· Positive and agile mindset
· Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
· Ability to work in changing environment
· Experience in new / ramp-up projects would be an asset
