We are looking for an Junior Project Managment IT Specialist to join our ITV Transformation Team. In this role, you will lead major IT programs and projects that span development, production, and after-sales. From tech transformation initiatives like mainframe exit to product projects such as VAN.xA and plant ramp-ups, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our IT ecosystem.

You will join a team of up to 15 working in an interdisciplinary, cross-location, and cross-departmental manner. Our work mode is hybrid: mobile and flexible, while we also value direct and personal communication on-site at all VAN plants. We value collaboration and open exchange of ideas.

As Junior Project Management IT Specialist in the ITV Transformation Team, you will:
- Lead IT projects across development, production, and sales;
- Support the planning and coordination of IT transformation programs (e.g., platform modernization, mainframe exit, product ramp-ups) monitor all scopes of your project: time, scope, risks, resources, organization and stakeholders, cost and quality together with experienced project leads;
- Help analyze and document business and IT processes Learn to bridge technical and business perspectives and develop a strong understanding of our IT ecosystem;
- Prepare and support workshops, meetings, and cross-departmental committees.
- A university degree in IT, engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a related field;
- First experience in IT project management;
- Strong analytical, structured, and conceptual thinking;
- Curiosity and motivation to understand complex processes and interdependencies;
- Proactive, self-organized working style and willingness to take responsibility within your scope;
- Strong communication skills and team spirit;
- Comfortable with occasional short-term travel within Europe and beyond;
- Language skills: business-fluent English required; German and Spanish are a plus.
