Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end services through RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git runners (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud platform, leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
• Apply DevOps principles and practices to enhance operational efficiency, monitoring, and incident response.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot: for building microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Extensive experience with front-end frameworks: React.js or Angular (including TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Git runners: (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for automation.
• Proven experience working with AWS cloud services: (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC).
• Hands on experience with developieng for Microservice architecture
• Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., JPA, Hibernate).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other AWS services (e.g., EKS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch).
• Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library).
