Are you detail-oriented with a strong foundation in cost and inventory accounting? Join our dynamic finance team as an Inventory Accountant, where you’ll play a key role in managing vehicle and parts inventory across legacy systems and SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout our operations.
Your responsibilities are:
Cost & Inventory accounting
Vehicle inventory management between the legacy system(GO) and SAP, and the stock adjustment accordingly in SAP
Parts inventory management between the legacy systems(SPM) and SAP, and the stock adjustment accordingly in SAP
Maintain the month / year-end closing activities in Vehicles P2P (Purchase to Payment) areas
Track inventory aging and verify and take an action to clear long aged inventory along with related business partner
Outgoing Payment Processing
Monitor Outgoing payment in compliance with the internal / statutory policies & Draft and maintain Local AP Policy including SMR for payment in Compliance with Internal & Statutory accounting policy
Declare the payment and offset transactions to BNP Bank for intercompany invoices related to product material
Tax, Customs duty and Statutory regulation in P2P area
reconcile customs and duty transaction record for imported materials (vehicles and parts) and coordinate overseas transactions in compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain an efficient and up-to-date customs duty payment process.
Be responsible for filing and book reconciliation for input VAT and withholding tax related to company cars.
Audit & Internal Control
Support the internal/external Audit in Account Payable areas
Project support for AP/Cost process side
Education
Minimum B.A. degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
Experience
Minimum 2 years related Finance & Controlling at multinational company
Specific knowledge
English proficiency in business context level
