Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is looking for a high-caliber Sales Operations & Systems Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Operations & Systems team to support sales performance initiatives, system-related processes, reporting, and campaign execution. You will gain exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day retail operations, helping drive market share through data-driven insights and process excellence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Operations: Support the execution and optimization of sales operations including front-liners and backend support.
Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiencies within core sales workflows to reduce friction in the sales journey.
Reporting & Data Sanitization: Ensure the integrity of sales data through rigorous cleaning, transformation, and validation processes to support executive decision-making.
Strategic Support: Facilitate departmental sales events and provide analytical support for broader sales operations.
Agile Operational Support: Facilitate departmental sales events and execute high-priority ad-hoc tasks with a focus on agility and results.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background: Final-year student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Excel is a must); proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power App is highly preferred to support our "Data-First" culture.
Analytical Rigor: A structured, meticulous, and results-driven individual who can translate complex data sets into clear, actionable findings.
Adaptive Communication: A self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally across different departments.
Commitment: Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
