Job Description

Meeting Organization:

·        Assist in the seamless organization and preparation of meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place, including arranging meeting venues, preparing agendas, gathering relevant documents, and distributing them in advance.

·        Ensure all attendees are informed and well-prepared by sending timely reminders, collecting necessary materials, and coordinating schedules to optimize participation.
 

Research and Presentation:

·        Conduct extensive market research on the automotive environment, focusing on emerging trends, customer behavior, governmental policies, and industry regulations.

·        Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights into the evolving landscape of the automotive industry.

·        Prepare comprehensive management presentations that incorporate key findings from market research, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with strategic decision-making.

·        Create visually compelling presentations that communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner, supporting informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
 

Employee-Related Event Coordination:

·        Play a key role in the planning, execution, and coordination of employee-related events, including team-building activities, training workshops, and social gatherings.

·        Assist in managing the full event lifecycle, from selecting venues, coordinating catering, and organizing event materials to overseeing logistics and ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

·        Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, and resolving any issues promptly.
 

Communication Management:

·        Draft, review, and distribute clear and effective communications on behalf of the department to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

·         Assist in maintaining the department’s communication channels, ensuring all messages are clear, professional, and aligned with corporate tone and standards.
 

Ad Hoc Task Support:

·        Offer flexible support across various ad hoc tasks and special projects, assisting team members with administrative duties, research, and process improvements to streamline departmental operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·        Current Enrollment in University: Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

·        Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent, demonstrating strong academic performance.

·        Internship Duration: The intern must be able to commit to a 6-month internship, starting from the Sept/Oct 2026

Skills:

Analytical Skills:

·        Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, market trends, and business performance.

·        Proficiency in research techniques, gathering insights, and synthesizing information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Communication Skills:

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, emails, presentations, and internal communications.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from internal teams to senior management.

Presentation Skills:

·        Proficiency in creating clear, visually appealing, and data-driven presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).

·        Ability to deliver concise information that aligns with business objectives.

Project Management Skills:

·        Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·        Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

AI & Digital Productivity Skills:

·        Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot or equivalent) to improve productivity and support daily business tasks.

·        Ability to use AI to research, summarize information, draft communications, prepare presentations, automate repetitive tasks, and generate insights while validating outputs for accuracy and quality.

·        Curiosity to explore new digital tools and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-enabled ways of working.

Attention to Detail:

·         A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data collection, reporting, and presentation creation.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

·        Ability to work effectively within a team and support the department with a collaborative mindset.

·        Willingness to take on tasks as needed, whether they’re high-level or operational.
