Are you currently studying Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or a related field and looking to gain practical experience in parts distribution and logistics operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive individual who can effectively support customer service, order processing, and administrative logistics activities. If you can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate well in both Vietnamese and English, this role will be a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a professional PDC environment.As a PDC Supply Chain & Transportation Intern, your responsibilities will include:- Supporting dealer and customer inquiries on parts information, order status, and ETA, including attending daily shop floor meetings.
- Supporting the checking, verification, and handover of parts invoices and delivery documents to Logistics Operations Management (LOM).
- Managing dealer back orders in the system and coordinating updates on order status and ETA with relevant teams.
- Coordinating with dealers’ parts teams and internal departments for parts information, documentation, and reporting.
- Performing administrative support tasks and other job-related duties as assigned.
- A Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
- Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or a related field, and able to remain a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of November 2026.
- Demonstrates strong data management and coordination skills, with the ability to support operational tracking and reporting.
- Possesses good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, enabling effective collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Shows excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, careful, flexible, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of technical drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills are preferred.
