Business Partnering in close alignment with direct HR supervisor
• 1st contact HR person to all management and employees
• Providing HR advice and support to the business to ensure the delivery of corporate objectives and strategy are met, whilst ensuring all activity complies with company policies and processes, and employment legislation
• Providing employee relations advice and support to line managers on issues including performance, absence, discipline and grievance.
• Coaching line managers and staff in all aspects of HR policies and procedures
• Ensuring the correct application of the compensation system, benefit regulations and salary review process. If required by business needs be involved in the design of compensation & benefit model/components
• Deal with any performance issues in a legally compliant and professional way in conjunction with local labor law experts or external agencies
• To manage and/or participate in HR and/or business projects to support business priorities
• To support direct HR supervisor related to Crisis Management Plan of the Company
• Work closely in collaboration with the Employee Welfare Committee
Steer operative planning and control HR budget
• Executing quantitative and qualitative HR planning and reporting in conjunction with relevant stakeholders in close alignment with direct HR supervisor
• Monitoring the company specific HR budget for recruitment and training & development in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring best value and quality
Policies and HR Compliance
• Compliance with Integrity Code, applicable Corporate Policies and Guidelines.
• In close collaboration with direct HR supervisor and team employee, ensuring all HR related compliance controls are fully and timely met
• Develop, implement and review policies and procedures to support the business areas ensuring compliance with current and forthcoming legislation
• Managing and accompanying internal and external Audits in scope of responsibility i.e, recruitment process, training procedure
• To validate and reconciliation the compensation and benefit related to payment i.e. payroll data, report related to compensation and benefit including relevant requirements for example European Sustainable Reporting Standard (ESRS)
• Constantly align with direct HR supervisor in all aspects
Learning & Development
• Operating guidance to managers with the corporate Management Development process (LEAD) as well as the successive processes introduced in the context of People Principle
• To support direct HR supervisor in provide guidance managers regarding the promotion of employees: support the preparation, coordination and steering of people development conferences i.e. PPVM (Performance and Potential Validation Meeting) or OPC (OurPeopleConference), drive changes and enhancement
• Ensuring all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.
• Support direct HR supervisor Provide guidance with cultural change and engagement initiatives including Employee Survey in conjunction with Divisional HR
• Work closely with direct HR employees responsible for the Learning & Development topic to provide guidance the communication/training of managers on how to set-up an individual development plan and conduct training needs analysis for all employees based on individual agreements. Supporting the preparation of training needs analysis in the design, implementation and follow-up of a training plan with input from business heads.
Attract & Hire
• Steering direct HR employees in regard end-to-end attract & hire activities including on-offboarding process and employee life cycles
Education
- Post-graduation in HR, Organization Development or any related studies
Experience
- Over a total of 5-7 years of working experience in HR
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Generalist HR with hands-on experience in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development preferably in the automotive industry with multinational company
- Experience in Employee labor relations
- Good PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and logical thinking
- Mandatory language communication skill in fluent both Thai and English
- Managing small team members would be an advantage
Specific know-how
- Adequate knowledge of current Thailand labor law, rules and regulations
- Excellent knowledge in Compensation & Benefit concept
