Key Objectives:
- Managing whole regional team and performance: sales, marketing, Customer Service, and ND.
- Developing region initiatives and working plan to support the achievement of whole company’s short & medium term target
- Keeping close communication & cooperation with dealers/dealer investors to make sure the efficient cooperation.
1. Monitor sales performance in responsible region, ensure sales target achievement
• Ensure to achieve sales target
• Steer wholesale & retail business
• Manage sales process quality to enhance the customer experience
• Regional sales planning management & develop Region SI policy
2. Monitor marketing plan implementation status in responsible region
• Regional Marketing strategy & annual plan review & approval
• Region & Dealer marketing activity status monitoring and control
3. Steer network development in responsible region
• New dealer implementation
• Existing dealer operation status
• Frontline force training
4. Monitor the customer service performance in responsible region, ensure the final target achievement
• Ensure to achieve Parts purchase target
• Enhance customer service business quality and customer experience
5. Tailor make overall region level strategy to ensure the substantial business development
6. Fully support central initiated cross function new project implementation on region level.
7. Keep close communication with regional dealer investors and dealers via variable channels to make sure efficient cooperation between BMBS and dealer network within the region.
Education
-University/ Maters degree in Business Administration preferably with specialization in Management or Retail Operations
-Leadership and Project management experience
-Fluency in Chinese & English
Experience
-Strong leadership
-Substantial automotive industry experience (at least 15 years), preferably with retail experience
-Solid knowledge and understanding of automotive business, especially in the area of S&M, After-sales and retail operations
-Openness for innovation management and familiar with new technology trends, e.g. e-commerce
-Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams
-Hands-on project implementation experience/responsibility
-Computer skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Specific knowledge
-Knowledge of retail/wholesale operations (specific knowledge of Automobile dealer operations a plus)
-Ability to understand and interpret financial data
-Ability to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve the set objectives
