Objective of job
• Coordinate and prepare OTA campaign filing documents together with different stakeholders (e.g. GCSP, RDC, BBAC, etc) to ensure OTA filing requirement from authorities can be fulfilled. 
• Complete assigned internal preparation according to OTA working process.  
• Monitor any issues in the field after OTA campaign launch together with relevant stakeholders. 
• Keep communication with relevant authorities about the MB OTA relevant policies.

Task description
OTA filing to authorities
• Clarify the OTA filing requirements from authorities and organize MB internal evaluation where needed.
• Coordinate and prepare OTA filing document together with different stakeholders (e.g. GCSP, RDC, BBAC, etc) to ensure the OTA filing can be completed according to the schedule.
OTA operation 
• Following China OTA process, complete required operations before OTA campaign launch. 
• Monitor any issues in the field after OTA launch together with relevant stakeholders. 
• Clarify operation processes and define BMBS/CT roles to adapt future OTA business. 
Authority communication
• Keep communication with relevant authorities about the MB OTA operation and relevant policies to guarantee compliant OTA business.
• Timely communicate and coordinate different MB internal stakeholders to better adapt the OTA operations for new OTA policies and requirements.

Education:
Bachelor degree or above,  preferred in  automotive or mechanical engineering, computer science and technology 
Experience:
Minimum 4 years working experience in automotive industry or other software-related industries.
Specific Knowledge:
Fluent English writing and speaking
Familiar with project management and strong data analysis skill
Assertive and willing to work independently and handle with uncertainties and challenge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills/Able to work as a team with different stakeholders
