Job Overview:

The Business System Analyst - FAW / PTI / Payment Services will be responsible for helping to define the vision, product roadmap, and backlog delivery for technology based products and customer experiences within MBFS. This position will provide support to the Product Manager and development team to identify necessary product requirements and features that deliver value to organizational stakeholders and customers.  The position does so by providing data analysis, knowledge and engagement of our business, facilitating customer research, participating in agile development methodologies, and building business relationships with our Customer Care Center team members to gain an understanding of their needs and how the products can support those needs. Additionally, this role is also a key contributor for ensuring product quality and availability, and may be responsible for operational use of components/UI of their assigned products/services to create and maintain customer experiences. This positions requires to be on- call for system outages plus be available to work weekends during monthly releases.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support with projects and participate on project teams which support MBFS strategies and enhancement of system functionality. Project support lead for all process mapping, assisting with gathering of requirements, creation of test cases, user acceptance testing, and post launch monitoring relating to projects. Communicate all impacts to staff. (30%)
  • Work with internal customers for day-to-day support, troubleshooting all reported issues created through Qualtrics, SNOW tickets, emails, or messaging while assigning for follow up or resolve if needed if possible.  Daily fraud mitigation processing.  Act as a liaison with the IT to assist in resolution for the reported issue if escalation needed. Identify trends and root cause of issue, ensure prompt attention from all required parties. (20%)
  • Create and deliver instructions, training, and communication to organization stakeholders regarding the operation and impact of product releases/launches.  Work closely with customer care center staff on agent training plans surrounding major release activity. (10%)
  • Vendor Management for vendors that support System related matters for Payment Services. Perform annual touchpoints, due diligence reviews, monitoring of SLA and invoicing. Contact with vendor for any testing enhancements or updates needed to current processes handled by vendor.  (10%)
  • Assist with representing the BSG on special projects, general administration changes through the applications, and general customer request. (10%)
  • Provide support for various audits including but not limited to ICS, State, Corporate, KPMG, CFPB. High level understanding of NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) guidelines and recommendations. Liaison with internal customers to ensure processes, documents, procedures are aligned with companies' compliance, expectations, and daily support needs. Complete Annual Touchpoints and Compliance reviews. (10%)
  • Assist with completing the onboarding/off boarding of user access for Client Services, Collections, Remarketing and the external vendor (Repay). As well complete the corporate application security audits including bi-annual AVEKSA review. (10%)

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. 


This position requires a minimum of 3 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

  • Business (General) - 3 years of experience
  • Customer Service - 3 years of experience
  • Information Technology - 1 year of experience
  • Vendor Management - 1 year of experience

Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. 

Additional Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years preferred systems knowledge or exposure: FAW, Lockbox, Online Pay.
  • Minimum 3 years preferred experience:  Operations Center knowledge of day-to-day processes.
  • Technical Knowledge of business systems for Collections, Client Services, Remarketing, and Online Pay.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile process JIRA system knowledge.
  • Experience in business requirements gathering and mapping; business requirement writing and testing.
  • Attention to detail; self-starter; ability to lead meetings; team player.
  • Knowledge of Vendor Management and ability to monitor and track vendor against SLA.
