- Once selected you will provide 24x7 technical support for issues that involve cloud support customers cloud services
- Responsibilities include assigning tickets to team, assessing issues, provide solutions for incidents, creating alerts, and reporting of ticket distribution
- You will monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service ticket
- Keep the customers informed of incident progress, notifying them of updates for Service Requests or changes, and also notifying users where there is an outage or planned maintenance
- Must have the willingness to learn new technologies
- Good to have understanding in writing PowerShell scripts
- Good to have hands-on experience to Test, Troubleshoot and Validate PowerShell scripts.
- Good to have hands-on experience with Azure cloud IAAS, PAAS, SAAS components like WebApps, VMs, ADLS, function, Blob, ADF, KeyVault, HDInsights, ADB, RunBooks, SQL DB, SQL DWH etc.
- Should have understanding of networking, VPN, Proxy, firewall, load balancer, Linux/Windows, etc.
- Should have good communication skills
- Should be a good team player and willing to work collaboratively
- Good to have understanding on ticketing tool
- Excellent problem-solving skills
