Role overview

We are seeking Vehicle Diagnostics Engineers with strong hands-on experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of automotive systems. The role involves working on aftersales diagnostic content development, ensuring accurate fault detection, and the role also focuses on analyzing and resolving vehicle field issues related to modern automotive architectures, ensuring timely identification of root causes and implementation of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and validate aftersales diagnostic content for service tools and testers.

- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of automotive systems with a systematic approach.

- Work with diagnostic protocols such as UDS, CAN, DoIP, and CANFD.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate ECU communication across Ethernet, CAN, LIN, and FlexRay networks.

- Support vehicle architecture analysis and integration of diagnostic solutions.

- Interpret and analyze Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) to identify root causes.

- Conduct testing and validation of diagnostic content to meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with diagnostic protocols (UDS, CAN, DoIP, CANFD).

- Strong knowledge of vehicle communication networks (Ethernet, CAN, LIN, FlexRay).

- Functional understanding of automotive systems, especially body electronics (interior & exterior).

- Experience working with diagnostic tools/testers in real-world scenarios.

- Expertise in vehicle architecture and system-level diagnostics.

- Proven ability in diagnostic content development and testing.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to fault diagnosis.

- Analytical problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
