Job Title: SAP TM Specialist – Aftersales Automotive Logistics
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Transportation Management (TM) Specialist to join our global team within the Aftersales Automotive Logistics space. As a key member of a cross-functional international scrum team, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of transportation processes using SAP S/4HANA TM at a wholesale level.
This is a critical role aimed at enhancing logistics efficiency, ensuring seamless delivery execution, and improving transportation visibility across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation Process Design & Optimization
Analyze, design, and optimize transportation processes to drive operational excellence and reduce logistics costs. - SAP TM Implementation Support
Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA TM, aligning system functionality with transportation business needs at the wholesale level. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product owners, scrum team members, and stakeholders across regions to deliver transportation solutions in an Agile environment. - Testing & Validation
Develop, execute, and document test cases to validate that SAP TM solutions meet defined business and functional requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Transportation & Logistics Knowledge
In-depth understanding of transportation processes and logistics operations, ideally with experience in a wholesale or aftersales automotive environment. - SAP TM Expertise
Practical experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and its functionalities, including freight order management, carrier collaboration, and route optimization. - S/4HANA Experience
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the context of TM module implementation. - Agile & SAFe Methodology
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). - Testing & Documentation
Ability to derive, organize, and execute detailed test scenarios, and document outcomes to ensure solution quality.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Master’s Degree (optional) in a relevant discipline is a plus
- Certifications in SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, Agile/SAFe, or Scrum are highly desirable
