Objective:

Realize and validate innovative vehicle ideas, build end-to-end proof-of-concept prototypes, support supplier development for innovation project implementation, establish and maintain a qualified supplier pool, conduct competitor benchmarking to ensure state-of-the-art solutions, and continuously build specific technical knowledge while collaborating with component BTV for fast problem solving in component development and testing.

• Evaluate, Realize and validate innovative concepts for vehicle features, user experiences, and software-defined vehicle capabilities.
• Design, build, integrate, and test end-to-end proof-of-concept prototypes in real or simulated vehicle environments to demonstrate technical feasibility and user value.
• Conduct component-level testing, identify root causes, and propose effective technical solutions in vehicle-based environments to ensure integration progress and quality.

• Define validation criteria, document prototype findings, and prepare technical materials and presentations for stakeholders and decision-making support.
• Identify and document patentable ideas, novel implementations, and opportunities for innovation during the prototype and validation process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive system or component POC, with proven experience in rapid prototyping, integration, component testing, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in proof-of-concept realization, innovation project implementation, and related supplier development, with hands-on experience in component integration and validation.
• Capable of identifying, developing, and managing suppliers for innovation topics, and establishing a sustainable supplier pool to support future project delivery.
• Strong awareness of competitor solutions and benchmarking methods, with the ability to derive insights and maintain state-of-the-art specific technical knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience on AI tools will be a plus.
