Job Description: Wiring Harness

Educational Qualifications:  Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering/Post Graduate in Design/Electrical/Wiring Harness

Skill Requirements:

- 13-15 years of overall industry experience – ~10 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & Development

- Understanding of functioning of various control systems, ECUs, Electrical- Electronic functions inside the Passenger cars.

- Technical expertise in Wiring Harness Schematics, various systems in car, Fuse selection, Wire selection, Voltage drop calculation etc..

- Understanding of Product development process & Project timelines - Experience in engineering Supplier governance. - Experience of handling field issues, idea generation & problem solving.

-Strong inter-personal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & cross functional teams across the globe.

Ensure all functional and system level targets are met as per the Component Specifications. - Close co-ordination with Wiring harness team colleagues & cross functional teams

Take Technical release responsibility for the Wiring Harness team topics with CFT. - Packaging Study & analysis of responsible parts in the Vehicle - Support team Management to achieve team level targets.

- Awareness of future technological advancement in Wiring Harness development such as Battery, High Voltage will be an added advantage.

- German language skills & global project experience is an added advantage
