Key Responsibilities:
• Execute seat development projects with suppliers to achieve project milestones
• Prepare and monitor timelines for seat development activities with suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Controlling to ensure quality, assembly, and functional requirements are met
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to support functional development and product maturity
• Manage execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECR) as per project needs

Required Skills and Experience:
• Relevant experience in complete automotive seat design and development
• Strong product knowledge of automotive seating systems including foam, plastic, structure, seat covers, and comfort elements
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept, design, development, validation (aligned with global regulations), product launch, to post-production support
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively
• Working experience with UG NX software

• Educational Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

• Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
  • Experience with global automotive product regulations and standards
  • Exposure to supplier management and engineering change processes
