Key Responsibilities:
• Execute design and development of seat trim (cover) parts with suppliers to secure project milestones
• Prepare and monitor timelines for part development in collaboration with suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Controlling to meet quality, assembly, and functional requirements
• Maintain close coordination with suppliers for functional development and product maturity
• Manage execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECR) as per project requirements

Required Skills and Experience:
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in design and development of automotive seat trims (covers)
• Strong product knowledge of automotive interiors and design considerations for seat trim parts
• Experience in full product lifecycle management from concept generation, design and development, validation (according to global regulations), launch execution to post-production support
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage suppliers
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional Skills and Experience:
• Working experience with UG NX software
• International work experience is preferred
• German language skills are a plus

Educational Qualifications:
• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or related engineering disciplines

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Exposure to global automotive standards and supplier management
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments
