Become part of our VAN Sales Master Data team as soon as possible!
- Our team is responsible to keep Mercedes Benz Vans Sales processes running by providing and maintaining high quality, customized sales master data.
- You will contribute in a globally operating team to enable offering and ordering processes worldwide, in close contact to both international sales units as well as our product experts in Germany.
- Based on input from our R&D, controlling and product management you will create the customized data sets your customer markets need to boost sales performance over multiple sales channels such as online, stationary or fleet.
- You will be the first touch point in our multi-level service organization feeling the market’s heartbeat and supporting them in any data-based requests or incidents.
- As a data driven company, we understand that master data is not just the necessary evil but the key for both stable operations and advancing our processes.
These are your tasks:
- You implement and maintain a high-quality sales portfolio in cooperation with the managed markets.
- You manage centrally pushed product changes with national requirements and find solutions with your managed markets regarding technical changes or pricing.
- You analyze and solve complex incidents that your managed markets raise.
- You make sure that your managed markets receive solutions within an established Service Level Agreement
- You handle the impact of sales data in various sales systems and channels and gain insights into the national specifics of the Mercedes Benz Vans sales processes.
- You support the development of work instructions and guidelines for the team.
- Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)
