Department Overview

The Wholesale Parts department maintains wholesale parts sales of over 900 million annually, develops strategies and offerings to support MBUSA’s parts revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Strategies include recapturing market share and countering after-market and competitive parts sources and growing sales.


Mercedes-Benz USA Product Management Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities  
 

 

The Product Management Junior Associate Consultant will lend support to general marketing and sales support tasks, resource allocation, database maintenance and updates, process improvement initiatives, project analysis, design, and implementation, as well as assist in ongoing process workflows. Additionally, the JAC will assist with lifecycle management of the current models and the strategic product management of future models for the US Market.

  Responsibilities  
  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a cloud-based filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Participate in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Perform data entry and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist with budget management.
  • Assist with fleet logistics.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current junior or senior in college pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

     

 Additional Info:

  • Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program
  • Available from August 2025 to August 2026
  • Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week
  • Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
  • Available during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Eastern
