We are hiring a Specialist to support our Supply Chain & Stock Management by managing local logistics operations, which includes monitoring shipment schedules, verifying vehicle information, and coordinating necessary documentation to ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics. Your responsibilities are:
Local (inbound & outbound) Logistics Management
- Monitor shipment arrival schedules to ensure optimal vehicle supply
- Verify vehicle information on shipping documents against physical deliveries and correct any discrepancies
- Review shipment-related documents such as bills of lading, and coordinate revisions as necessary
- Execute overall required requests in order to promptly supply vehicles to market such as requesting to separate bill of lading number
- Monitor overall outbound logistics by examining logistics capacity cope with PDI throughputs
- Coordinate and arrange a special transportation case such as airfreight and return cases
Inventory Management Support
- Monitor stock ages and distribute aged stock reports to relevant parties
- Manage storage allocation upon vehicle arrival (e.g. FTZ, bonded area) for efficient warehouse operations
- Propose and implement disposal strategies for aged stock to reduce vehicle standing time and achieve stock level targets
Administrative Support for Logistics Documentation
- Prepare and maintain logistics and stock-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and organizing shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance and traceability
- Collect and manage required documents for vendor payments, ensuring completeness and timely submission
Education
B.A. degree
Experience
At least 1 year of working experience
Specific knowledge
English proficiency in business context level
Understanding of Automotive technology
Automotive industry & Logistics knowledge preferred
MS office skills Communication skill to cooperate with service providers and business partners
