Objectives:
Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for battery cell supplier industrialization, quality assurance, production ramp-up support, and cross-functional coordination between AMG, MB, and supplier teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, materials science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on battery engineering, cell manufacturing, cell quality, or cell R&D.
More than five years of relevant working experience.
Familiarity with automotive quality systems, such as VDA standards.
Extensive experience in cell supplier management, including quality management and capacity management.
Strong hands-on experience, including raw material incoming inspection, cell/component troubleshooting, cell/component disassembly, and cell production line OEE improvement.
Strong team player with excellent summarization and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within China, approximately two to three weeks per month.
Business fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Advanced computer literacy and MS Office skills.
