Job Objective
- Manage cross-functional Entertainment or ADAS project with a focus on embedded software;
- Manage SW development activities during all project phase & all SW development area;
- Lead to produce cross domain/functional technical solution;
- Lead all stakeholders & SW teams to formulate SW development & delivery plan;
- Cross domain/department/teams communication to solve conflict;
- Tracking & monitoring SW activities to ensure success delivery;
- Manage dependencies and unblocking issues between teams and domains
- Own measurement of success of projects
Qualification
Education
· Bachelor in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field
Experience
· Proficient in Agile software development processes
· 10+ years of experience in software development, and 5+ years of experience in SW project management in automotive industry
· Experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle project execution. Strong capability of driving on-time delivery of complex programs which contains planning, regular management, identify dependencies/potential risk, solve conflicts
· Experienced with establishing strong partnerships across teams/department
· Strong self-driven to work efficient & experience to provide project directions according project materials analyzing
· Experience to motivate project team ensure the delivery
· Working experience with breaking down large & complex projects into multiple working streams with clear definitions of inter-dependency, priorities, milestones, and resource allocation
