About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and drive strategic initiatives across supplier performance management and portfolio allocations. This role is pivotal to our IT Strategy and Transformation Team, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and delivering measurable value across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE):
- Central transformation strategic development and expansion for cross IT
- Champion Agile and Lean practices across the organization.
- Develop and implement Agile frameworks, training programs, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Supplier Performance Management:
- Establish and maintain performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with procurement and delivery teams to assess supplier effectiveness.
- Drive improvements in supplier engagement and accountability.
- Portfolio Allocation & Reporting:
- Maintain metrics for portfolio allocation and reporting
- Provide regular performance and progress reports to the Central Office.
- Ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
