Project & Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach: Project & Program Management – Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries.
- Grow: Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
- Innovate: Drive innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
- Develop: Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams – Team development (incl. Career Path).
- Satisfy: Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction – Both in Germany as well as in the involved markets.
Areas of Work:
- Design and Development (Agile)
- DevOps-based deliveries
- Leading the team as a Coach
- Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds
- Steer based on Metrics and KPIs
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management tools.
- Experience: 5–8 years in project and program management, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with project management tools, Agile frameworks, and DevOps platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Domain knowledge in automotive engineering or related fields.
- Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
- Experience with Daimler systems or similar global platforms.
