Job Responsibilities:
Program management - Budgetary and execution to meet the customer requirements, optimally create and manage resources and ensuring quality and timelines of delivery goals.
Offer technical leadership in the area of Battery Management Systems in the eDrive domain.
People leadership responsibility for a team of 15-20 people by setting up and monitoring performance goals & objectives, team engagement including providing feedback through performance appraisals and day-to-day discussions.
Define and execute strategic roadmap for System Engineering, Component Responsibility and Software Development & Testing by identifying the current landscape and future business goals.
Establish best practice such as standards and guidelines for design/development, deployment, and regular maintenance of solutions offered.

Skillsets Required:
10-15 years of industry experience in the context of eDrive Component or Automotive ECU Development and Verification/Validation including project management, systems engineering and delivery responsibility.
Experience in automotive and Powertrain (hybrid and electric) business
Proven track records of leading teams and business
Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintain professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Good communication (oral/written/graphic)
