Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the SW development of Body Electronics.
• Lead the BTV team for the Body Electronics ECU.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage people development and career growth for the team.
• Act as the first point of escalation for all project and business-related queries.
• Ensure alignment and implementation of project strategy in line with organizational strategy as part of the leadership team.
• Lead cross-functional activities and collaborate with the leadership team as needed.
• Travel globally based on business needs to participate in supplier discussions, technical discussions, and management discussions.
• Lead SW Validation for the MDS process.
• Plan, execute, and track tasks across project deliverables.
• Drive communication with internal and external partners.
• Support cross-functional and strategic topics.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 12–15 years of experience in Embedded Software Development and Validation.
• Extensive experience in automotive electronics/electrical Body Electronics domain from an OEM or Tier-1/2 environment.
• Strong understanding of Body Comfort development for AUTOSAR-based software development.
• Good understanding of software development and validation functionality.
• Good exposure to tools and standards such as PVCS, SVN, DOORS, CAN, FlexRay, and ISO 26262.
• Experience in Embedded Software development and testing.
• Experience in Body and Comfort Electrical & Electronics Component Development, including software and hardware.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong communication skills to handle senior management presentations.
• Team leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage internal stakeholders such as VP, DGM, team members, project teams, and TEV.
• Ability to manage external stakeholders such as MBC colleagues, suppliers, and EDLs.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Experience working in an OEM or Tier-1/2 automotive environment.
• Experience in AUTOSAR-based Body Comfort software development.
• Exposure to automotive compliance, software processes, and ISO 26262.
• Experience in milestone planning, supplier discussions, product reviews, and global stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and participate in global technical and management discussions.
