Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct theoretical and practical training for HK & Macau dealerships
- Conduct product training for internal staff and Mercedes-Benz customers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to the management
- Monitor, supervise and motivate the learning process of all participants during each allocated training course
- Act as an interpreter during the Global training
- Reading-proof for the translated document from agency, and/or translate the training materials if necessary
- Perform the qualify assessment according to Group requirement/standard
- Assist to supervise the development of the training team and provide feedback to team member/trainers
- Self improve by acquiring updated knowledge of training/teaching methods and aids
Requirements:
- Diploma in automotive engineering, higher certificate in motor vehicle engineering or related engineering discipline
- Completion of HK Government recognized technician apprenticeship in automobile Industrial
- Completion of industrial trade instructor course in the HK Technical Teachers’ College or equivalent
- 5 years relevant working experience in automotive industrial after completion of the automotive technician apprenticeship
- Teaching experience in automotive training school/ college would be an advantage
- Familiar with Mercedes-Benz products, systems and working procedures
- Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English. Putonghua would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft application, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Techniques in presentation, teaching and workshop instruction
- Knowledge of hazards in the respective trade, the necessary safety precautions to be taken and relevant Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection Ordinances and Regulations
- Conscientious & self-motivated, speak clearly, pleasant personality, team player and ability to adopt new ideas
