Objective of job:
• Provide business and operational support to the CEO Office while contributing to strategic and day-to-day execution needs of the Customer Excitement team.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure timely execution and smooth implementation of strategic and operational projects.
• Support internal communications, documentation, and operational deliverables across key stakeholders and departments.
• Ensure governance and compliance by managing the company’s Business Information Security Officer (BISO) responsibilities and CRM Data Stewardship.
• Assist in digital product and platform rollouts through testing, structured feedback, and post-launch support.
• Assist in the execution and planning of key brand events, media engagements, and customer-facing activations.
• And any other reasonable assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
• Degree or minimum diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business support, event coordination, or internal operations.
• Experience in dealing with and engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle parallel responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to supporting teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and a willingness to learn internal business systems.
• Basic understanding of governance requirements and data security practices.
• Collaborative and proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Clear and concise communicator, comfortable liaising across levels and departments.
• Ability to work in an international and intercultural context.
