Job Overview
Perform daily functional tasks related to support of the PDC productivity and quality assurance requirements including ISO, ICS and all training documents. Serve as a liaison between Home Office and the PDCs for verifying inventory issues, resolving discrepancies, and supporting our dealer network. Support PDC Operations as needed with data and reports for basic analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Process parts returns and stock adjustments.
- Coordinate the resolution of retailer discrepancies as a result of shipping overages/shortages/mixed stock with Team Leader and HO.
- Conduct physical stock checks, special order assistance and shipping inquiry.
- Coordinate the UFS inventory and receipts with the (INV Rep). Process delivery notes for parts scrapping. Process RWLs summarizing returns resulting from retailer termination/buy-back.
- Act as a liaison between HO Parts Logistics departments to support the PDC processes. This can include data collection, reporting (SAP, DView, Microsoft Access, Tableau, Power BI, SQLetc.) and support for any cross functional processes.
- Collect, track and analyze warehouse productivity and quality measures. Maintain reporting and KPIs that monitor PDC progress in operations and special projects. Track performance of local vendors, reporting any performance issues to management.
- Coordinate ISO and ICS requirements for PDC by periodic collection, review and adjustments to on-line process documentation. Responsible for assessing discrepancies and communicating findings. Maintain any Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and update all related documentation and information.
- Coordinate returns of parts and/or packing materials to DAG.
- Assist in other warehouse functions and perform administrative tasks related to the PDC Operations team as required. Research and respond to requests relating to customer service issues.
- Creates and maintains office procedures for recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout and budgetary and personnel requirements. Analyze operating practices and implements changes as needed. Verify monthly budget
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Requires Mid- Level computer skills including Access, Tableau, Power BI and SQL
- Education
- High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge (necessary to perform proficiently in this position)Must have 2+ years (total) of experience in the following:
- Purchasing: Knowledge of acquisition techniques that minimize costs for products or services
- Administration: Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures.
- Business – General: Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.
- Processing Integrated supply Chain Management (ISCM): Knowledge of the principles and methodology for a process-orientated, integrated approach to procuring, producing, and delivering products and services to customers.
- Processing: Knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Purchasing: Knowledge of acquisition techniques that minimize costs for products or services
- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of accounting standards, statistical analysis, precision measurement, and process capability.
