Section Lead UI Product Owner
Tasks

·       Define project scope, objectives, and timelines for UI domains for CIVIC i3 FUPs, RSE, VAN RSE/SLV and MAX projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and overall project objectives. Coordinate resources and align project tasks with team members, monitoring progress to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Collaborate with UI Product Manager, Concept & design responsibles, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to facilitate seamless project execution. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is focused on the most valuable features and tasks.

·       Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management, providing visibility into the progress and challenges faced by the team. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and effective problem-solving.

·       Act as the primary point of contact with system UI and build channel for regular sync with HQ relevants domain. Plan and participate SAFE PI planning actively ensuring timely delivery of tasks in line with project requirements. Proactively identify risks and drive for problem solving.

·       Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure that UI product maintains a competitive edge. Identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement, working closely with product manager, concept & design and other stakeholders to define new product ideas and initiatives.

·       Assisting Supervisor with daily people supervision tasks including but not limited to recruitment, attendance & leave management and Goal Agreement, Appraisal, and Feedback process. Idendify individual development plan for team member. Track, update and evaluate development journey. Identify leadership/tech leadership potentials and boost their growth. Providing necessary performance coaching and feedback to team members. Report to Supervisor on performance, progression and training needs of team members and on disciplinary issues

Qualifications

•   College degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or appropriate graduation)

•   Strong knowledge of user inferface product management, preferably with at least 3 years of experience working with OEMs or internet companies in the HMI domain, managing or overseeing UI components.

•   Proven leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment to driving results, and ability to inspire and motivate teams

•   Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving project goals, ensuring quality, and delivering on-time results

•   Solid background in project management, with experience leading complex software development projects involving multiple stakeholders

•   Experience in setting project scope, objectives, and timelines while ensuring alignment with customer needs and overall project objectives

•   Familiarity with the Agile development environment, Scrum methodology, and experience in a Product Owner or Scrum Master role is a plus

•   Proficient in using project management tools, such as Git, Jira, and Confluence

•   Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external development partners across different regions

•   Self-motivated, team player, with a high level of integrity and a focus on collaboration

•   Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

•   Fluency in English
