Key Responsibilities:

• Implement SAP S/4HANA solutions on the RISE platform, ensuring a smooth transition to cloud-based systems.
• Develop scalable, efficient code using new ABAP syntax and HANA-optimized best practices.
• Design and implement ODATA services, Core Data Services (CDS), and AMDPs.
• Leverage new extensibility technologies to build and maintain custom enhancements.
• Use ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) for code validation and quality assurance.
• Apply ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) where applicable.
• Integrate SAP systems using standard APIs and events.
• Conduct SQL trace analysis, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and optimize code for scalability and reliability.
• Utilize SAP integration technologies such as ALE, IDoc, RFC, and BAPI.
• Implement integrations using web services and proxies.
• Manage and adjust standard dictionary objects during SPDD activities.
• Perform custom code remediation using SCI, and adjust ABAP objects/enhancements using SPAU.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development in an S/4HANA environment.
• Proficiency in ODATA services, CDS views, AMDP, and modern ABAP programming.
• Experience with ATC, SCI, and custom code remediation in S/4HANA transition projects.
• Solid understanding of SAP extensibility frameworks and RAP (preferred).
• Experience with SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services, Proxies).
• Proven track record of performance tuning and code optimization using SQL trace tools.
• Experience adjusting standard objects using SPDD and SPAU.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE platform implementation and best practices.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in cloud implementations on the RISE with SAP model.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori development or RAP-based application scenarios.
• Familiarity with Daimler-specific standards or automotive industry practices.
