Experience

7 to 9 yrs. in SAP Finance and Controlling domain.

Technical/Functional Skills

·         Should have thorough work experience in S4 HANA and NEW GL functionalities.

·         Strong Functional experience in all the sub modules of FICO (GL/AP/AR/Asset Accounting/Tax/Closing/Provisions, CCA, IO, Profitability Analysis)

·         Seeking experience in configuring & solving issues in Direct/Indirect taxes

·         Rich understanding of RICEF objects.

·         Should have experience working with third party interfaces, FIORI apps

·         Hands-on experience with at least 2 implementation projects 

·         Should have experience working in 2-3 Support/Maintenance Projects

·         S/4 HANA migration experience with understanding of Delta configuration is preferred.

·         Functional understanding on provisions (standard accrual engine) will be added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Perform SAP configuration in the process area of “Record To Report” – RTR processes.

·         Perform as “Module expert” and provide support to business users in the areas of Finance Modules

·         Development of Functional Specifications to support any gaps within the Finance /RTR business process area.

·         Work with the Business Owners / Users or other Functional Team members or IT Team members to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements.

·         Act as the liaison between the technical team members and the end users to ensure requirements / progress are communicated accurately.

·         Perform configuration/customization related activities to resolve user reported issues in a timely manner.

·         Create design specifications for all SAP related activities

·         Documentation of Solutions, ensure users adopt to the solution provided with pre-agreement and conduct relevant user training

·         Build partnerships with internal customers.

·         Prepare time plan, communicating with users and sign off as per time-plan & scope

·         Provides day to day support to End Users – Day to Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the issues, bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported

·         Ability to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment

·         Actively suggest Continuous Improvements

·         Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and complete work with little or no supervision while keeping management fully informed of plans and progress. May coordinate and oversee activities of project team or less experienced team members.

·         Installs, tests, implements and supports new versions or updates to SAP software or hardware; requires high levels of coordination with other IT groups, vendors and stakeholders.
