Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement improvements in aftersales logistics processes, including spare parts management, reverse logistics, repairs, and returns.
Optimize lead times, reduce inventory costs, and enhance delivery accuracy for aftersales products and services.
Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement logistics process changes in SAP S4/HANA and Oracle systems.
Support the deployment and optimization of ERP and WMS platforms to enable real-time inventory and parts tracking.
Integrate technologies such as AI and IoT to automate and enhance logistics processes.
Use data analytics tools to track KPIs such as delivery times, returns, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports on logistics process performance with actionable recommendations.
Identify patterns in returns and repairs to improve product quality and logistics operations.
Design and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes, ensuring efficient management of spare parts and returned products.
Ensure compliance with global logistics standards and best practices across the supply chain network.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably within the automotive sector.
Proven experience in aftersales operations, spare parts distribution, and warehouse management.
In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and distribution networks.
Strong understanding of SAP S4/HANA, Oracle ERP, and WMS tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and logistics KPIs monitoring using analytical tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience in logistics process optimization.
Exposure to integrating advanced technologies like AI or IoT in supply chain environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams.
Strong project management capabilities to lead and deliver process improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certifications (Preferred):
Supply chain or logistics certifications such as APICS (CSCP, CPIM), ISM, or SAFe Agile are advantageous.
