Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert for SAP integration, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying and resolving application issues.
- Develop detailed project plans and accurate effort estimates for build, testing, and implementation phases.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, code, test, and debug programs.
- Design, develop, and execute unit, integration, system, and acceptance tests for complex functionalities.
- Optimize system performance through tuning and enhancement activities across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with other technical team members for the design, delivery, and deployment of integrated solutions.
- Monitor system integration activities, ensuring scalability, availability, and archiving meet all SLA commitments.
- Support ongoing operations, manage changes, and participate in on-call support as needed.
- Lead performance tuning for SAP integration systems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
- Provide expert consulting support on both new and existing integration initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong expertise in SAP integration and application troubleshooting.
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise IT environments, particularly in SAP development and integration.
- Proficiency in system performance tuning, debugging tools, and integration monitoring.
- Experience in test planning, development, and execution for complex systems.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Additional certifications (if any): SAP certification, Agile methodology, or relevant integration tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Exposure to global SAP landscapes and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with Daimler systems or working in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based integration solutions.
