Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Agentforce Developer to join our dynamic AI-driven CRM team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein, and a strong understanding of AI-driven CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agentforce use cases and integrate AI capabilities using Salesforce Einstein.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models, LLMs, and automation tools into Salesforce and other platforms.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to CI/CD best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce environments.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Experience Required

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI principles, including autonomous agents, goal-driven behavior, and intelligent task orchestration.
• Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) and their integration into agentic systems for decision-making, summarization, and customer interaction.
• Certifications (must have): Salesforce Certified Agent force.
• Ability to translate business problems into agentic AI use cases, identifying opportunities for automation, augmentation, and intelligent assistance.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Agentic AI, LLMs, autonomous agents, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Lightning flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

-           Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar qualification and relevant work experience

-           Good English language skills (German language skills are an advantage, but not necessary)

-           Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
