Objectives:

• System Validation:

•  Lead E2E system validation testing for various carlines with different generations of ECUs.

• Lead definition and maintenance of test concept, test cases and KPIs, work with SFO/SW developers for each case realization and performance promotion.

• Ensure testing efficiency and quality to grantee system maturity.

• SVP&RD release of Remote Monitoring function for various carlines.

• Support technically for National Homologation/local city filling test.

• Issue Management:

• Issue reports, analyzing, tracking driving solution and all other relevant work.

• Support FO refine the requirements.

Qualification:

• Education:

• Master’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering or relevant major.

• Experience:

• More than 3 years of working experience related to E/E system, telematics service or OBD component testing, RTM and T-Box experience is beneficial.

• Specific knowledge

• Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.

• Good understanding of overall vehicle E/E, eDrive, OBD and Cloud technologies. Knowledge of E/E components (BMS, E-Motor, Central controller, T-Box) and data security. Knowledge of Automotive bus system including Flexray, Ethernet, SOME/IP, CAN, LIN, etc., MB architecture beneficial.

• Familiar with diagnostic tools such as CANoe/INCA/DTS, etc., CAPL programming and postman beneficial.

• Ability of testing management, regarding requirement analysis and resource organization.

• Ability to solve problems, prioritize effectively, formulate solution and make delivery in a validated manner.

• System and SW development process understanding according ASPICE.

• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, with cross-functional stakeholders and customers in technically comprehensive terms.

• Organized, and self-responsible working attitude and initiative, under pressure of conflicting demands.

• Driver license needed, intercultural experience beneficial.
