Role :- MBRDI Role ( Project Management for Vehicle Assembly Shop)
Job Location :- Pune (MH)
Required Experience:-
- In between 10 to 13 years of Automotive OEM / Engineering service industry experience in Project Management for Vehicle Assembly Shop Planning and Execution in automotive domain
- End to End Project Planning for Vehicle Assly Shop Equipments like Conveyor System, Manipulators, Robotic cells, DC tools , Pheumatic tool & Bemi Designing
- Planning, coordination, and execution of projects for world wide plants for vehicle assembly shop.
- Responsible for managing All plants Project schedules, optimizing processes, ensuring the timely delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- This role requires a mix of technical knowledge in vehicle assembly processes and strong leadership abilities to manage teams and meet production goals.
Tool Skills :- Expertise required above 7 (on scale of 10)
- PMP Cerification
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS PPT, CAD tools
- Scrum master
- Agile
- Jira
- Excel Advance
- Powerpoint
- Power Bi
- Power Automate
Technical Skills :-
- Develop detailed project plans for vehicle assembly projects, including scope, timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to align project objectives for Green field & Brown field project
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules to meet changing demands or unforeseen challenges.
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate project status, address challenges
- Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of the final product.
- Regularly report on project expenditures and forecasts to senior management.
- Develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Experience in Planning and Execution of EMS Conveyor systems (EMS conveyors, Transfer systems, Drop Lifts, Skid Conveyors, FDS conveyor, PRB, floor conveyors, inverted type conveyors, Slat Conveyors, Door Line Conveyors, AGV Systems etc.)
- Experience in Concept Designing of Robotic Cell , Manipulators for part fitment in vehicle assembly (Seat, Door, Windshield, FEM, Cockpit Manipulator etc.)
- Experience in Digital simulation, concept creation for EMS conveyor systems, Robotic cell & Manipulator & Tightening tool
- Knowledge of Installation and Commissioning of Vehicle Assembly shop Equipment’s
Qualification :-
- B.E / B. Tech in Mechinical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Skills Expected :-
- Proficient in working in a CFT environment.
- Proficiency in German/Spanish Language is added advantage
- Handle multiple projects and good project management skills.
- Driven to solve problems and use innovative approach towards them.
