Job Objective:
Responsible for MBOS SW Architecture Requirement, Design, Review and Implementation to ensure it could be successfully launched on infotainment domain, ADAS domain and others domain and adaptable with different E/E Generation and platform.
Responsible and leading cross-function domain for new EEA architecture project incl. advanced SOA solution based on leading technologies in the domestic and international industry.
Responsible for technical vision and leading research and development to bring China inside of innovative new technologies in automotive industry like 5G cloud, AI computing, Cabin & Drive OS In One System etc.
Leveraging China local RD teams, local supplier’s capability and local new technologies to propose China Specific Innovations & Solutions, contribute and complement to MBOS SW Architecture.
Leading technical discussion with headquarters colleagues to work out global aligned SW Solutions & Strategies, and make sure the aligned Solution & Strategies being well deployed and executed.
Responsible for analyzing the critical system pain points of current SW architect, Leading to find out the problems, providing proposals & solutions on how to improve and optimize to achieve better performance & stability.
Participate in reviewing the development process, estimating the personnel plan, assisting in controlling development costs, defining development standards and performance requirements.
Qualification
Education
Master degree or above, major in electrical engineering, computer engineering, information engineering, embedded systems or a related engineering field;
Experience
More than 10 years of Experience as SW Architect, Solution architecture, preferably in automotive industry;
- More than 7 years of relevant work experience in in-vehicle infotainment system, ADAS system and BCM & Gateway
- Have leaded more than 2 product’s SW Architecture Design and launched successfully
- Have leaded SW Platform Design at the previous company
Knowledge
- Proficient in automotive electronics industry systems, processes, standards, and toolchains; have an in-depth understanding and insights into the development trends of automotive products and technologies
- Proficient on E/E Architecture Design and SOA concept, design and product launch process of automotive industry;
- Proficient in SW Architecture Design, Implementation and Documentation skills;
- Proficient in Automotive Operation System as Linux, QNX, Android, Autosar OS;
- Proficient in SW base layer (kernel, driver and BSP etc.), Middleware layer and Application layer design and development
- Strong technical know-how on cross domain communication protocols (SomeIp/DDS/IPC/Shared memory/…)
- Strong technical stack background on Multiple Functionality Domains like Audio/Video/Media/Connectivity/Diagnosticis/Powermoding/Security/Graphics/Network/UI/AI/Vehicle Abstraction/Sensor Fusion/…
- Good understanding on Automotive Classic Autosar and Adaptive Autosar
- Good understanding on HW SoC and relevant peripheral devices
- Strong Ownership and high Motivation to solve difficult problems with cross-function team;
- Strong decision making ability;
- Strong teamwork spirit, willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences and leads the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude
- Fluent English as working language, German is a plus
Preferred:
Have experience in large-scale operating system architecture design and technical proposals, have sufficient software security awareness, and master data encryption, code obfuscation, anti-cracking, performance optimization and other technologies;
Familiar with the technical architecture of Hypervisor, CAN bus, Ethernet, TSN, OpenGL, Compositor, Wayland, AVB modules is preferred.
