• Develop strong knowledge of various vehicle regulations and homologation requirements.
• Prepare and manage certification drawings and support digital certification activities.
• Apply knowledge of vehicle ergonomics in line with global automotive standards and requirements.
• Work with Global Car Information Exchange (GCIE) and related vehicle information systems.
• Benchmark relevant vehicle dimensions, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development stakeholders to ensure compliance with vehicle certification needs.
• Support continuous improvement in certification processes, documentation, and delivery quality.
• Good understanding of overall vehicle design and vehicle development process.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle regulations, homologation, and certification requirements.
• Good skills in NX Modelling, NX Tubing, and NX Electrical.
• Knowledge of vehicle ergonomics and vehicle dimension benchmarking.
• Ability to understand expectations and requirements quickly with minimal guidance.
• Strong written, spoken, and presentation communication skills.
• Good stakeholder interaction skills and ability to work effectively with development teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify improvements in previous deliverables and working methods.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Additional certifications in vehicle homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
• Experience in vehicle certification, homologation, or regulatory compliance activities.
• Exposure to global automotive regulations and vehicle development standards.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz / Daimler systems, processes, and documentation standards will be preferred.
• Experience in benchmarking vehicle dimensions and specifications across different markets.
