Objective of Job:
- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, reverse logistics, and inventory control in alignment with operational standards.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards, preventing damage, errors, and discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence toward a zero-incident workplace.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements while maintaining operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations- Prepare and complete orders (picking, packing, labeling, shipping).
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store inbound goods.
- Check quality and part numbers before delivery.
- Perform put-away and ensure correct storage locations.
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO principles.
- Handle hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain records.
- Report discrepancies, damaged, or slow-moving goods.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Ensure equipment (forklifts, tools) is functional and safe.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report daily inbound/outbound activities and issues.
- Report system failures, damages, or discrepancies.
- College diploma / vocational diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics operations (preferably automotive/spare parts)
- Experience with warehouse systems and documentation
- Familiar with modern warehousing practices
- Forklift license is a plus
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
- Familiarity with WMS systems
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good organization and time management
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Physically fit (able to lift heavy goods)
- Adaptable and detail-oriented
