Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret system requirements and optimize designs to meet functional and performance targets.
• Design and develop functions based on requirements, including algorithm development and validation.
• Evaluate system-level implications of functions and ensure alignment with overall vehicle architecture.
• Conduct design, specification, and artifact reviews within peer groups to ensure quality and compliance.
• Independently plan and execute development activities for Top End Vehicles (TEV) in alignment with project milestones.
• Apply sound engineering judgment to determine and execute appropriate technical solutions post review.
• Troubleshoot production and field-related issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Contribute tangibly to innovation across product, process, business, publications, or patents.
• Propose and implement ideas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong expertise in requirement analysis and functional design.
• Experience in algorithm development and system-level integration.
• Ability to understand end-to-end system behavior and functional impacts.
• Experience in conducting technical reviews and ensuring design quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in handling production/field issues with quick turnaround solutions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-driven, proactive, and innovation-oriented approach.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Experience working on Top End Vehicle (TEV) platforms or premium vehicle segments.
• Exposure to end-to-end automotive product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated innovation contributions (patents, publications, process improvements).
• Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
