Job Description: Senior Engineer– vECU Simulation ADAS/Automated Driving Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India is seeking senior engineer with working experience in vECU framework for ADAS ECU and a strong background in AUTOSAR Adaptive , BSW configuration, Communication Protocols, BSW validation concepts, test automation and reporting. The vECU Simulation team develops virtual ECU for testing BSW and Application Software functions in virtual environment. Team is involved in configuring, developing virtualization concepts and testing BSW/ASW in virtualized environment. Having extreme passion for developing vECU testing platform sound knowledge of Adaptive AUROSAR and C/C++ programming skills is a pre-requisite. Key Job Responsibilities: - Set up vECU simulation platform using vector Adaptive tool Suit for ADAS ECU. - Write and Execute test for BSW functionality. - Automate test and reporting process. - Support in preparing and presenting results based on requirements from engineering and management team based in Germany and India - Ideates and improvises on the requirements through continuous innovation and application of new techniques and methods - Interacts with suppliers for BSW configuration and validation concepts. Basic Qualification: - BE/Masters in Engineering Electronics/Computer Science related branches. - Strong background in AUTOSAR adaptive and BSW configuration and validation for 4-6 years Desired Skills and Experience - Excellent knowledge of AUTOSAR Adaptive and BSW configuration and validation concepts. - Strong foundation of ADAS or autonomous driving. - Good understanding of Vector Adaptive Tool Suit, vVIRTUAL Target, CANoe, VTD or Nvidia Drivesim. - Excellent knowledge of Adaptive Function Clusters and Integration. - Excellent programming skills in C++/Pyhton. - Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player - Experience in the automotive field and exposure of multi-cultural environment is an added advantage
