Key Responsibilities:
Define and analyze software requirements and interfaces for Adaptive AUTOSAR systems.
Architect software solutions with a focus on Adaptive AUTOSAR middleware services such as Lifecycle Management, Persistency, etc.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers responsible for system components.
Lead and participate in software architecture and integration workshops.
Manage application integration, build, and release processes.
Document high-level and low-level software designs using modeling tools.
Act as the technical point of contact for suppliers and internal teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
8–10 years of overall experience in embedded software development.
Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in defining software architecture for AUTOSAR-based systems (Classic and Adaptive).
Strong programming skills in C and C++.
Experience with Linux-based platforms for development, build, and deployment.
In-depth understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with UML modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect or IBM Rhapsody.
Knowledge of automotive system architecture and software development life cycle.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of Ethernet communication protocols in automotive systems.
Experience in Agile Scrum development environments using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Exposure to multi-core architecture and system integration practices.
Embedded SW Development Adaptive AUTOSAR
Job Specification:
Experience
- Total 8 to 10 years of experience in software development of embedded systems
- Including 3 to 6 years of experience in defining software architecture for AUTOSAR based embedded systems
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electrical Engineering or in a relevant stream.
Mandatory Skills
- Sound C & C++ programming skills
- Sound experience in working with Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR systems
- Sound experience in working with Linux platform (Development, Build and Deployment)
- Sound experience in object-oriented design and various design patterns
- Sound experience in developing middleware services Lifecycle Management, Persistency etc.
- Sound Knowledge of Automotive System Architecture
- Sound knowledge of UML Modelling tools like EA, Rhapsody.
- Excellent Communication and Team work skills
