Marketing Senior Executive Content & Campaigns
Tasks

Your purpose:

  • Steer all global content and campaign topics including PC and CS.
  • Development of performance and brand campaign communication assets and GD toolkits (product, tactical, brand, performance, CPO etc.), including execution of campaign media creatives.
  • Steering of the agency lead creative on adaptations, out of scope projects and origination campaigns
  • GD content approval as per brand strategic objective and CI guidelines in alignment with the GD Help Desk team
  • Ensure that all campaigns and content updates received from the GCH are communicated to the GDs in timely manner
  • Content origination planning and execution according to GD needs and requirements.
  • Project management by ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time at the expected quality.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments in cross-functional teams to support the achievement of business and brand objectives in the short and long-term.
  • Ensure all campaigns and assets are migrated from Symphony to GDMP in timely manner
  • Align with the GDMP team to ensure that all templates are in place, adhering with CI/CD and are updated as required

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execution and project management of marketing campaigns across all channels (paid/owned/earned media) from gathering of global assets to regional and local artwork adaptation.
  • Creation of PC and CS toolkits according to market needs.
  • Origination content: identified through business needs and budget availability.
  • Briefing and project management of external agencies, suppliers, GDs, HQ and Internal BU’s.
  • Provided General Distributors with monthly campaign and asset updates, maintaining strong communication channels.
  • Source GD origination content for wider market use.
  • GD helpdesk: steering and identifying improvement areas, ensuring new joiners are aware of brand guidelines, achieve faster response time to GD questions.
  • Approve GD CI approval within SLA timeframe
  • Lead General Distributor Marketing Portal (GDMP) enhancement initiatives, implementing visual enhancements to the interface and journey improvements.

 

Qualifications

Your profile:

Technical knowledge

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Marketing preferred
  • Experience in international or cross-border marketing campaigns
  • Experience leading agency and creative teams to achieve required output
  • Knowledge of regional media channels from print, outdoor, radio, TV, digital (previous media planning experience is a plus)
  • Solid project management experience and ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Automotive marketing experience is a plus
  • Solid experience and understanding of digital analytics and marketing automation is a big plus
  • Strong customer orientation, core understanding of the customer lifecycle and customer needs, and how customer insight or customer strategy drives experience.
  • Experience in delivering brand experience campaigns through all consumer touch-points, including on-ground activations
  • Experience in performance-driven social media and digital marketing

  • Passion, respect, integrity, discipline, creativity, strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and project management skills, dedication, commitment

  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal) is a must; Arabic is a plus

  • Be an advocate for positive change and work fluidly supporting an agile delivery methodology
